Mornings
For early birds, we have sessions from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 11:45 am, available in Fort Lauderdale, Weston, and Doral.
Evenings
Evening classes are tailored for those with daytime commitments. Choose from sessions in Fort Lauderdale and Weston from 7:00 pm to 9:45 pm, or in Doral from 7:15 pm to 10:00 pm.
